Oven Baked Ribs Print Recipe

1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
2. Remove silver membrane from ribs. Coat ribs with rub. Place on sided cookie sheet, add liquid to base sheet to provide moisture and cover with foil.
3. Bake 2-3 hours. Start checking ribs for doneness at 2 hours, and then every 15 minutes. When the meat falls off the bone remove from oven. Top with your favorite bbq sauce.
