1. Mix together lemon juice, mayonnaise and Old Bay seasoning. Set aside in refrigerator.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a baking sheet with oil and cook crab cakes for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Crab cakes can also be grilled - reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
3. Spread 1 tablespoon of Old Bay mixture onto the top and bottom of each bun. On the bottom bun place a slice of lettuce, a slice of tomato, followed by crab cake, bacon and top bun. Enjoy!
