1. Preheat oven to 425°F. In a large skillet, melt butter. Add the apples & cook over medium heat until softened, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Add the brown sugar & cook over low heat, working to caramelize the sugar, approximately 10 mintues - stirring so not to burn. Add cinnamon.
2. Grill hot dogs until slightly charred.
3. Drizzle dijon mustard on roll, top with hot dog & apples. Place cheese on last. Place in oven for about 4 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
