1. Preheat Oven to 400°F.
2. Use fork to prick potatoes on all sides. Toss with vegetable oil, place on baking sheet and cook for 45-60 minutes, until cooked properly. Toss smoked pork with 1/2 cup of Torchbearer BBQ Sauce.
3. Remove potatoes from oven and slice top off. Scoop out potatoes and place in a large bowl. Add butter, sour cream, and salt & pepper to taste. Gently fold in 3/4 of the pork and 3/4 of the cheese into the mixture.
4. Stuff mixture into potato shells. Top with remaining pulled pork, then bacon, followed by cheese and sprinkled with green onion. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees. Bake until cheese is melted 25-30 minutes. Drizzle with additional Torchbearer sauce before serving.
