Pour 6 oz of milk into a container.

Scoop 8 oz of Midnight Caramel River into container.

Blend ingredients together. NOTE - Dress cup before pouring contents.

Dress cup with 1 oz of caramel sauce, creating vertical lines.

Roll the outside rim of the cup in 1 oz of caramel sauce, then place half of the mini pretzels and caramel popcorn on the rim.

Pour contents from container into cup.

Top with whipped cream, 1 oz caramel popcorn, 1 oz of caramel sauce and 3 mini pretzels.
