1. Heat skillet over medium high heat, add olive oil. Add ground meat and cook through, breaking up the meat as it cooks. Drain fat. Season with salt and pepper. Add onion and saute 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
2. Add the coleslaw mix, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil and brown sugar. Saute until cabbage is tender, 5-7 minutes.
3. Divide among plates and top with sesame seeds, Sriracha and lime wedges.
