A: Currently all ad items are based off of product availability. No rainchecks will be offered at this time.

Karns Foods is working to keep the health and wellbeing of our associates and shoppers as the primary decision factor during this uncertain time.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Karns is temporarily suspending product returns.

* If any fresh produce, meat, seafood or deli product does not meet your satisfaction, Karns will replace it or issue a refund if it is brought back within 7 days of purchase.

Q: Why are you not taking my return?

A: One of our core values is safety. Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic and our inability to monitor products that have left our stores, we are declining all returns for the safety of our customers and associates.


Q: What if my product didn’t meet freshness standards?

A: Karns stands by our quality and freshness of food. If your fresh product (meat, seafood, deli, bakery, produce) do not meet our freshness standards, we will replace or refund those items. Please visit us within 7 days or purchase.


Q: How does this benefit customers?

A: Customers can feel a sense of security when purchasing products off our shelves. Customers can rest easy knowing that products purchased have not left the store.


Q: What if I purchased expired items?

A: If the product expiration date was before the buy date, we will accept a return it within 7 days of purchase.

A: Karns will continue to monitor guidance from state and local agencies and adjust our policies accordingly.
