1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Wipe the peppers and mushroom caps clean. Scrape out the gills of the mushrooms.
3. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Stuff each with either the crab cake or crab dip - making an assortment of spicy and traditional filled bites. You want each bite to be rounded over the top.
5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese (optional).
6. Bake 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
