1. Heat oven to 450°F. Pat shrimp dry.
2. In a medium bowl combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
3. Put shrimp on a rimmed baking sheet, lying flat. Roast until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, and are cooked through, 6 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and place on a serving platter.
4. Mix all ingredients together to make dipping sauce. Serve alongside shrimp.
