Preheat waffle iron.

Mix together stuffing and egg.

When waffle iron is hot, spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Spoon stuffing onto hot waffle iron. Close top and press down slightly. Cook until golden brown and toasted (3 -5 minutes depending on the waffle iron).

Place cooked stuffing waffle on individual plate and top with turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, etc.
