Slow-Cooker Country Style Pork Ribs

Scott's Meal Deal for the week of April 13, 2021 to April 19, 2021

3 lb. boneless country-style
pork loin ribs

1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar

1 Tbsp. chili powder

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

2 cups ketchup

1/2 cup cider vinegar

3 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard

3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbsp. liquid smoke

For easy clean-up, use a slow cooker cooking bag. Spray the cooking bag with cooking spray.

Place ribs in slow cooker.

In medium bowl, mix all remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs.

Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 to 8 hours.

Note: This recipe makes a lot of sauce so feel free to increase the amount of meat for your needs.
