Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cook sausage in a large pan over medium-high heat until browned. Season to taste with Italian Seasoning.
Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to 10" x 10". Top dough with cooked sausage, peppers, and cheese.
Roll up dough into a log. Pinch the end to seal. Place the dough seam-side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, until golden brown.
Let cool 5 minutes and cut into serving pieces. Serve with heated Marinara sauce.
