Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is cooked thoroughly. Season with Karns Butcher's Love Seasoning. Stir in bacon, ketchup, mustard and pickles; cool slightly.

On a lightly floured surface, roll each biscuit into a 5" circle. Add 1 tablespoon cheese in the center of each biscuit; top with 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture. Bring biscuit dough over filling to center; pinch to seal. Place seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake until golden brown, 18-20 minutes.
