Sweet & Sour Pierogi Kabobs

Run pierogies under cool water to thaw.

Turn on one side of the grill and preheat.

Skewer vegetables, sausage, and pierogies in an alternating pattern.

Place skewers on the grill opposite from the flames. Close the grill and let the skewers cook for 10-15 minutes.

Remove skewers and coat lightly with the Sweet and Sour Sauce. Put skewers back on the grill (opposite from the flames) and cook for 10 more minutes.

Move the skewers to the flame side of the grill and cook for 5 minutes, turning to char all sides.

Serve with additional Sweet and Sour Sauce.
