Grilled Salmon with Peach Salsa

Preheat grill to medium high.

Cut peaches in half. Remove the pit and peel. Brush peaches with olive oil and place on grill. Cook until warmed and grill marks appear. Chop grilled peaches into 1/2" pieces.

Combine all salsa ingredients and toss lightly. Set aside.

Brush salmon with vegetable oil to keep the salmon from sticking to the grill. Brush both sides of the salmon with honey and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Grill until salmon flakes easily and is cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Place grilled salmon on plates and top with peach salsa.
