Place the chicken thighs and Gazebo Dressing in a plastic gallon zipper bag. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat grill to medium.
Remove chicken from plastic bag and pat dry. Place skin side down on the preheated grill. Grill until cooked through, turning once, 7-8 minutes per side.
Place chicken on top of salad greens. Garnish with Feta Cheese and Greek Olives.
