Grilled Ham Steaks with Goat Cheese & Fresh Peaches

Pre-heat grill to medium high heat.

Wash peaches. Slice in half and remove the pits. Coat cut side with olive oil and set aside.

Divide goat cheese into eight equal parts and set aside.

Grill peaches, cut side down, until they begin to soften and char slightly.

Grill ham steaks until warmed all the way through.

To serve, place the ham steaks on a serving platter. Top each peach half with 1/2 ounce of goat cheese and then place grilled peach halves on top of ham steak.
