For easy clean-up, line your slow cooker with a cooking bag.

Season chicken with Karns Butcher's Love Poultry Seasoning.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to coat pan. Add chicken and cook until seared. Place chicken in the slow cooker.

Whisk together honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Pour sauce over chicken.

Top chicken with cubed butter.

Cover and cook on slow for 5 - 6 hours.

Remove chicken from the slow cooker and place on a serving dish with hot cooked rice. Cover with foil to keep warm.

Whisk together cornstarch and 3 Tbsp. of water. Stir into sauce and turn slow cooker to high. Cook until thickened (5-10 minutes).

Drizzle sauce over chicken and rice.
